Return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the Buyer, in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
In the case of receiving a product of appropriate quality, the Buyer can return or exchange the product by contacting us at the contact number +38 (073) 723 44 55 and informing about the desired return or replacement due to non-compliance with expectations.
The goods that the Buyer wishes to return must be of appropriate quality, namely:
- no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.,
- preserved and undamaged product packaging,
- all shortcuts and factory markings are preserved,
- preserved consumer qualities of the product,
- complete set that was present at the time of receiving the product: product, chips, figures, cubes, etc.
- there is no mechanical damage,
- no visual damage of any kind
Return or exchange takes place by any delivery service at the rates of the transport company at the expense of the Buyer, or free of charge in our store at the address: m. Stryi, (Lviv region), str. Shevchenko, 179, office 304.
Refunds take place by prior agreement between the Buyer and the Seller in the following possible ways:
- transfer of funds by the Seller to the Buyer's bank details within 12 hours after the Seller receives the returned goods
- shipment of the goods by the Buyer to the Seller with payment in the amount of the purchase amount
Return conditions for products of inadequate quality.
In the event that the Buyer receives and discovers that the goods are of inadequate quality or due to non-compliance with expectations, the Client can contact us on the phone number (073) 723 44 55 and inform about the desire for a replacement or return the goods and individually resolve the following issues:
- if the goods are found to be of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to request an additional discount for the goods in the amount of up to 7%,
- if product defects are discovered that cannot be repaired, the Buyer may request a replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.
Information by the Buyer of the Seller about the Buyer's receipt of goods of inadequate quality must be done within the first 24 hours after the Buyer receives the goods by:
